In some cases, this information can be accessed by certain employers or licensing boards during background checks.

We do not accept ALL plans from the insurance companies, listed below, we will need to verify your plan
We will check benefits after a consultation, unless you request we check benefits first, which will require additional personal information to be disclosed.
Liv'n With A Purpose does not determine your copay. This is provided to us by your insurance company.
Co-pays are set dollar amounts from the insurance company. Co-pays can range from $0-$200+ (depending on deducible amounts and plans)
Co-Insurance are percentages you pay as a copay which can be 1%-100% of fees paid to the provider and the other percent is paid by the insurance company. Example: Your co-insurance is 25%. The insurance pays the other 75%.

Liv'n With A Purpose does not process all insurances on its own.
We use third-party programs, which are HIPAA compliant, to bill insurance.

We're transparent about third-party billing. Not all plans apply to larger umbrella insurance companies

We will let you know which platform we will use for your insurance billing
Lastly, we do verify coverage and benefits as well as copay / co-insurance amounts. Verification can take 5 minutes to 5 days to complete, depending on the insurance carrier.
